Your coaches

Opened Apex in 2009. Leads the advanced and adult karate programs and oversees every black-belt promotion.
Runs the belt-testing curriculum and the teen program. A former national kata competitor with an eye for detail.
Leads gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu. A competition black belt under a Gracie lineage who builds patient, technical grapplers.
Leads Little Tigers and the kids classes. Her energy and patience are why parents say their kids ask to come back.

None at all. Most people who walk in have never trained before. Every class has a spot for true beginners, and your first class is free so you can try it with zero pressure.
Just comfortable athletic clothes and bare feet. If you continue, your Kickstart Bundle includes a free uniform, so there is nothing to buy up front.
Our Little Tigers class is built for ages 4 to 6, with youth karate and kids jiu-jitsu for ages 7 to 12. Classes are grouped by age so everyone trains with peers.
Yes. The Unlimited and Family memberships include every class on the schedule, so you can cross-train across both arts or focus on one, whatever fits your goals.
No. Memberships are month to month and you can cancel any time. Start with the four-week Kickstart Bundle if you want to try before committing.
