Reviews

What Apex families say.

★★★★★

"My son was painfully shy. Eight months in he tested for his orange belt in front of a packed room and nailed it. The confidence carries into everything."

Danielle P.Parent, Kids Karate

★★★★★

"I joined the BJJ program for fitness and stayed for the people. The coaches push you hard but genuinely want you to succeed."

Omar R.Adult jiu-jitsu

★★★★★

"Both kids train here and the family plan makes it affordable. The schedule is flexible enough that we actually make it every week."

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need any experience to start?

None at all. Most people who walk in have never trained before. Every class has a spot for true beginners, and your first class is free so you can try it with zero pressure.

What should I wear to my first class?

Just comfortable athletic clothes and bare feet. If you continue, your Kickstart Bundle includes a free uniform, so there is nothing to buy up front.

How young can kids start?

Our Little Tigers class is built for ages 4 to 6, with youth karate and kids jiu-jitsu for ages 7 to 12. Classes are grouped by age so everyone trains with peers.

Can I train both karate and jiu-jitsu?

Yes. The Unlimited and Family memberships include every class on the schedule, so you can cross-train across both arts or focus on one, whatever fits your goals.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Memberships are month to month and you can cancel any time. Start with the four-week Kickstart Bundle if you want to try before committing.
